TTitle and CCommenccement.- (1) These rrules may be called the Karnaataka Civil Serviices (Perfoormance Reeports)(Ammendment)) Rules, 20020. (2) They shalll come intto force froom the daate of theirr final pubblication inn the Official Gaazette. 2. Ammendmennt of Rulee 2.- In thhe Karnattaka Civil Services (Performaance RReports) RRules, 20000 (hereinaffter referreed to as the said rulees), in rule 2, in sub--rule (1),in clauuse (e), for the words,, “in respect of Grouup-B and CC officials” the wordss “or (1)2 electronically in respect of such category of Group-B and C officials as specified by the Government” shall be substituted. 3. Amendment of Rule 3.-In rule 3 of the said rules, in sub rule (2), in clause (a), for the words, “in respect of Group-B and C officials”the words “or electronically in respect of such category of Group-B and C officials as specified by the Government” shall be substituted. 4. Amendment of Rule 4.-In rule 4 of the said rules, in sub rule (1), for the words, “in respect of Group-B and C officials” the words “or electronically in respect of such category of Group-B and C officials as specified by the Government” shall be substituted.
