Secy. सड़क परिवहन औि िाजमार् गमत्रं ालय अधिसचू ना नई दिल् ली, 16 अप्रलै , 2024 का.आ. 1762(अ).— केन्‍दरीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय रािमागग अजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रित् त िज‍त यों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, एतद्द्वारा जनिेि िेती ह ैदक इसके सार् संलग् न ताजलका के कॉलम (2) म ें वर्णतग प्रत् यके राष्‍टर ीय रािमागग स े संबंजधत कायों का जनष्‍टप ािन करन े के संबंध म ें काय ग प्रत् यके रािमागग के सामने ताजलका के कॉलम (3) म ें जवजनर्िगष्‍ट ि राज्य सरकार द्वारा इस ित ग के अध् यधीन पूरे दकए िाएंगे दक संबंजधत राज्य सरकार उ‍त अजधजनयम के अधीन ऐसे कायों को करने के जलए तत् समय प्रभावी जनयमों का अनुपालन करने के जलए बाध् य होंगी और उस प्रयोिनार् ग भारत सरकार के तत्क ालीन पोत पररवहन, सड़क पररवहन और रािमागग मंत्रालय (सड़क पररवहन और रािमाग ग जवभाग) की अजधसूचना स.ं का.आ. 1096 (अ), तारीख 4 अगस्ट् त, 2005 म ेंएतद्द्वारा जनम्न जलजखत और सिं ोधन करती ह,ै अर्ागत:् - उ‍त अजधसूचना की अनुसूची म,ें क्रम स.ं 8 तर्ा उससे संबंजधत प्रजवजष्‍टि यों के स्ट् र्ान पर जनम्न जलजखत को प्रजतस्ट् र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा, अर्ागत्:- ताजलका (1) (2) (3) ‘‘8 राष्ट्रीय रािमागग सं. 21ए, सं. 22 [दकमी 5.735 से दकमी 10.890 और दकमी हररयाणा राज्य सरकार’’ 40.000 से दकमी 62.200 (पंिाब/हररयाणा सीमा-हररयाणा/जहमाचल प्रिेि सीमा) तक खंड को छोड़कर], सं. 64, सं. 65 {दकमी 5.000 से दकमी 241.580 (अंबाला – कैर्ल – नरवाना – जहसार – हररयाणा/ रािस्ट्र्ान सीमा) तक खंड को छोड़कर], सं. 71 [दकमी 239.00 से दकमी 450.800 (पंिाब/ हररयाणा सीमा – िींि – रोहतक - बावल खंड) तक खंड को छोड़कर], सं. 71ए [दकमी 0.000 से दकमी 80.858 (रोहतक-पानीपत) तक खंड को छोड़कर], सं. 71बी, नई रारा स.ं[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 709 का जवस्ट्त ार, सं. 73 [दकमी 70.890 से दकमी 179.285 (उत् तर प्रिेि/ हररयाणा सीमा – यमुनानगर – साहा – बरवाला - पंचकूला) तक खंड को छोड़कर], नई रारा स.ं 148बी [(दकमी 4.90 स ेदकमी 94.60 और दकमी 126.00 स े दकमी 197.27 (रािस्ट्र् ान /हररयाणा सीमा - जभवानी – हासं ी - बरवाला खडं ) तक खंड को छोड़कर] और नई रारा सं. 248ए [दकमी 2.41 से दकमी 24.536 (गुड़गावं -सोहना खडं ) तक खंड को छोड़कर] के उतने भाग िो हररयाणा राज्य में अवजस्ट् र्त ह।ैं रिप्प ण: मूल अजधसूचना को का.आ. 1096 (अ), तारीख 04 अगस्ट्त , 2005 द्वारा प्रकाजित दकया गया र्ा और उसे जपछली बार का.आ.- 1336(अ), तारीख 11 माच,ग 2024 द्वारा संिोजधत दकया गया र्ा। [फा. स.ं एनएच-14013/15/2021-पी एडं एम-पािग(1)] अभय िैन, उप सजचव MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16th April, 2024 S.O. 1762(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby directs that the functions in relation to the execution of works pertaining to each of the National Highways described in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be exercisable by the State Government specified in column (3) of the Table against each highway subject to the condition that the State Government concerned shall in the exercise of such functions be bound to comply with the rules for the time being in force under the said Act and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways) number S.O 1096(E), dated the 4thAugust, 2005, namely:- In the said notification, in the Schedule, for serial number 8 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely: - Table (1) (2) (3) “8 So much of National Highways No. 21A ,No.22 [excluding from Km. 5.735 to Km. 10.890 State and from Km. 40.000 to km. 62.200 (Punjab/Haryana Border- Haryana/Himachal Border)], Government No.64, No.65 {excluding from km. 5.000 to km 241.580 (Ambala-Kaithal-Narwana-Hissar- of Haryana” Hayana/Rajasthan Border)}, No.71 [excluding from km.239.00 to km. 450.800 (Punjab/Haryana border- Jind-Rohtak-Bawal section)], No. 71A [excluding from km.0.000 to km.80.858 (Rohtak-Panipat), No. 71B, Extension of new No. NH 709, No.73 [excluding From km.70.890 to km.179.285 (Uttar Pradesh/Haryana Border- Yamunanagar-Saha- Barwala- Panchkula)], new NH No. 148B [excluding from Km 4.90 to Km. 94.60 and from Km.126.00 to Km. 197.27 (Rajasthan/Haryana border- Bhiwani-Hansi-Barwala section)] and new NH No. 248A [excluding from Km. 2.41 to Km 24.536 (Gurgaon-Sohna Section)]as are situated within the State of Haryana.
