Secy. अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 28 िून, 2024 का.आ. 2492(अ).—केन्द् रीय सरकार, राष्‍टर ीय रािमागग अजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रित् त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतिद्वारा जनििे िेती ह ै दक इसके साथ सलं ग् न ताजलका के कॉलम (2) में वर्णतग प्रत् येक राष्‍टर ीय रािमागग से संबंजधत कायों का जनष्‍टप ािन करने के संबंध में प्रत्य ेक राष्‍टर ीय रािमागग के सामने ताजलका के कॉलम (3) में जवजनधागररत कायग इस ित ग के अध् यधीन राज्य सरकारों द्वारा पूरे दकए िाएंग े दक संबंजधत राज्य सरकार उ‍त अजधजनयम के अधीन वतगमान म ें लाग ू जनयमों का अनुपालन करन े के जलए ऐसे कायों को करन े के जलए बाध् य होंगी और उस प्रयोिनाथ ग भारत सरकार के तत्क ालीन पोत पररवहन, सड़क पररवहन और रािमाग ग मंत्रालय (सड़क पररवहन और रािमागग जवभाग) की अजधसूचना सं. का. आ. 1096 (अ), दिनांक 4 अगस्ट्त , 2005 में जनम् नजलजखत और संिोधन करती ह,ै अथागत्:- उ‍त अजधसूचना की अनुसूची में, क्रम स.ं 31 तथा उससे संबंजधत प्रजवजष्‍टि यों के जलए जनम्न जलजखत को प्रजतस्ट् थाजपत दकया िाएगा, अथागत्:- ताजलका (1) (2) (3) ‘‘31 राष्ट्रीय रािमागग सं. 1ए [दकमी 0.00 से दकमी 286.000 और दकमी 303.800 से दकमी 534.250 संघ राज्य क्षेत्र िम् मू तक खंड को छोड़कर], सं. 1सी, नई रारा सं. 144, नई रारा सं. 444 [कािीगुंड – िवाहर सुरंग – और कश् मीर बजनहाल खंड (35.00 दकमी) तक को छोड़कर] और नई रारा सं. 701ए [(मनगाम – िधू पाथरी- सरकार।” िोजपया ं – सरू नकोिे खडं (159.00 दकमी) तक को छोड़कर] के उतने भाग िो िम् मू और कश् मीर संघ राज्य क्षेत्र में अवजस्ट् थत हैं। [फा. स.ं एनएच-14013/1/2024-पी एडं एम] अभय िैन, उप सजचव रिप्प ण: मूल अजधसूचना को का.आ. 1096 (अ), तारीख 04 अगस्ट् त, 2005 द्वारा प्रकाजित दकया गया था और उसे जपछली बार संख् या का.आ.-2266(अ), तारीख 12 िनू 2024 द्वारा सिं ोजधत दकया गया था।[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28th June, 2024 S.O. 2492(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby directs that the functions in relation to the execution of works pertaining to each of the National Highways described in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be exercisable by the State Government specified in column (3) of the Table against each highway subject to the condition that the State Government concerned shall in the exercise of such functions be bound to comply with the rules for the time being in force under the said Act and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways) number S.O 1096(E), dated the 4th August, 2005, namely:- In the said notification, in the Schedule, for serial number 31 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely: - TABLE (1) (2) (3) “31 So much of new National Highway No. 1A (excluding from km. 0.00 to km. 286.000 Government and from km. 303.800 to km. 534.250), No. 1C, new NH No. 144, new NH No. 444 of UT of [(excluding Quazigund- Jawahar Tunnel- Banihal section (35.00 km)] and new NH Jammu and Kashmir” No. 701A [(excluding from Mangam-Dodhpathri-Shopian-Surankote section (159.500 Km.)] as is situated within the UT of Jammu and Kashmir.
