ANSWER THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR FINANCE (SHRI PANKAJ CHAUDHARY) (a) & (b): No such announcement was made in July, 2025. However, in Serial No. 32 of budget speech of the financial year 2024-25, it was announced that an additional allocation to support capital investments will be provided to Bihar. Under the scheme for Special Assistance to States for Capital Investment (SASCI) 2024-25, an additional amount of Rs. 5404.17 crores for 79 capital projects was provided to Bihar.
