Will the MINISTER OF CULTURE be pleased to state:
(a) the details of reason for the reduction in the funds allocated towards the Kala Sanskriti Vikas Yojana (KSVY) by almost 60 per cent in Budget Estimate (BE) 2026-27, as compared to Revised Estimate (RE) 2025-26;
(b) the details of allocation and utilisation of funds towards each of the sub-schemes under the KSVY, since 2014, scheme and year-wise;
(c) the details of beneficiaries under the sub-scheme of Financial Assistance for Construction of Tagore Cultural Complexes (TCC), since 2014, year and State/UT-wise; and
(d) the details of religious institutions benefited under the sub-scheme of Seva Bhoj Yojana, since inception of the scheme, year and State/UT-wise? ANSWER MINISTER OF CULTURE AND TOURISM (SHRI GAJENDRA SINGH SHEKHAWAT)
(a) There is no proposal under consideration to reduce the funds allocated to the Kala Sanskriti Vikas Yojana (KSVY).
(b) The KSVY scheme came into existence as an umbrella scheme from Financial Year 2017-18. This Ministry doesn't maintain utilization of funds sub-scheme/ component wise, however, overall allocation & expenditure from FY 2017-18 onward is as follows:- Financial Year Funds Allocated Actual Expenditure (Rs.
