DEAN KURIAKOSE: Will the Minister of Women and Child Development be pleased to state: (a) the number of Anganwadi Centres (AWCs) that functioned for at least 80% of working days, State and year-wise; (b) the number of AWCs that functioned for less than 20% of working days in the same period, State-wise; (c) the number of completed and functional AWCs out of the 2 lakh AWCs sanctioned for upgradation to Saksham Anganwadis, State-wise; (d) the amount of funds allocated and released for upgradation to Saksham Anganwadis, State-wise; and (e) the number of AWCs that currently have access to piped drinking water, gender segregated functioning toilets, functional kitchen sheds and electricity connections?
