This document summarizes the status of AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy) Wellness Centres, now known as Ayushman Arogya Mandir Ayush, across India as of July 25, 2025. As reported by States/Union Territories, a total of 12,500 Ayushman Arogya Mandir Ayush units have been approved and are currently functional across the country (see Annexure I for State/UT-wise breakdown). The Ministry of AYUSH has developed and implemented an Ayushman Arogya Mandir portal/application for real-time data entry, service tracking, and reporting on service delivery, including wellness sessions. This platform supports monitoring progress at the facility, block, district, state, and national levels on a daily and monthly basis. Currently, there is no proposal under consideration to establish additional AYUSH wellness centres across the country.

(a) the details of the AYUSH wellness centres operating in the country, State/UT-wise;
(b) whether the Government has developed any Mobile App or Digital Platform for
operation of these wellness centres;
(c) if so, the main functions and benefits of these apps or platform;
(d) whether the Government proposes to set up more AYUSH wellness centres across the
country under the forthcoming schemes and if so, the details thereof; and
(e) the time by which said centres are likely to be set up along with the details of the
locations identified for setting up of these centres ?

(a) As reported by States/UTs, the details of the AYUSH Health and Wellness Centres [now
known as Ayushman Arogya Mandir (Ayush)] operational in the country are enclosed,
State/UT-wise, as Annexure-I.
(b) & (c) Ayushman Arogya Mandir portal/application is used for reporting and monitoring
the progress in terms of service delivery including the wellness sessions. These platforms
support real-time data entry, service tracking, and reporting at the facility, block, district,
state, and national levels on a daily and monthly basis.
(d) & (e) No such proposal is under consideration.
