**Summary:**
In response to Lok Sabha Unstarred Question No. 2745, addressed on August 5, 2025, regarding the boosting of industrialization in the Bundelkhand region, the Ministry of Heavy Industries (MHI) clarified its position. The response, provided by the Minister of State for Heavy Industries, Shri Bhupathiraju Srinivasa Varma, stated that under Article 246 of the 7th Schedule of the Constitution of India, industries fall under the purview of State subjects.
