RAJEEV BHARADWAJ: Will the Minister of HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS be pleased to state: (a) whether any special budget provision has been made by the Government to complete the pending projects under the Smart Cities Mission (SCM) and Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT) and if so, the details thereof; and (b) the ratio in which such special budget allocated by the Government is likely to be shared between the Union Government and the State Governments?
