(CONCOR) is a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under Ministry of Railways to promote containerized freight movement in India through inland rail transport for domestic and EXIM traffic of containers managing multimodal cargo complexes, warehouses, bonded facilities, etc. and provide value added logistic services to the customers. CONCOR does not manufacture containers however it has procured 19,074 containers through different indigenous manufacturers from 2023 to 2025. The State-wise number of Terminals commissioned by CONCOR during the last 10 years are:- States No. of terminals commissioned Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, 1 each Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Goa, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Tamil Nadu, Tripura Rajasthan, Karnataka 2 each Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Punjab 3 each Gujarat 4 CONCOR had envisaged to set up an Inland Container Depot (ICD) at Phulera.
