2073. SHRI BRIJENDRA SINGH OLA:
Will the Minister of WOMEN AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT be pleased to state:
(a) the number of Anganwadi Centres (AWCs) constructed under Mahatma Gandhi National
Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) in Rajasthan during the last three years,
district-wise;
(b) the details of funds sanctioned and spent for setting up of these AWCs during said period;
and
(c) whether the Government has any plan/proposal to construct Anganwadi Centres in
Rajasthan during the year 2025-26, district-wise, if so, the number of Anganwadi Centres
constructed and the number of centres likely to be constructed in near future?

(a) & (b) The district wise details of Anganwadi Centres (AWCs) constructed under Mahatma
Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee (MNRGEGA) in Rajasthan during the last three
years along with funds sanctioned and utilized are placed at Annexure.
(c) In addition to above, a total of 51 AWCs has been approved for construction to the State of
Rajasthan under Pradhan Mantri Janjati Adiwasi Nyaya Maha Abhiyan (PM JANMAN) out of
which construction for 2 AWCs has been completed as on 30.11.2025. Also, 135 AWCs have been
approved for construction for the State of Rajasthan under Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh
Abhiyan (DAJGUA).
