Will the Minister of ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS

(a) whether the Union Government has received any proposal from
State Government of Kerala for construction of an elevated flyover
at Panath Thazham Nethaji Nagar in Kozhikode District under
Central Road and Infrastructure Fund (CRIF); and
(b) if so, the details thereof including details of the proposal, date of
receipt and the steps taken by the Ministry on the matter?
