SHRI M K RAGHAVAN: Will the Minister of ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS सड़क परिवहन औि िाजमार्ग मंत्री be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has accorded approval for the construction of a two-lane bridge and its approaches parallel to the existing Feroke Old Bridge on the old NH-17 in Kozhikode district of Kerala under the Setu Bandhan Scheme, if so, the details thereof; (b) the timelines for various activities insisted by the Government with regard to this project; (c) whether the State Government has completed the required procedures for the said project, if so, the details thereof; and (d) whether the Government has noticed any delay on the part of the State Government in this regard, if so, the details thereof and the action taken thereon?
