SHRI RAMVIR SINGH BIDHURI: Will the Minister of RAILWAYS be pleased to state: (a) whether the construction work of underpasses at Palam Railway Crossing and Shahbad Railway Crossing on the Delhi–Rewari section has started and if so, the details thereof; (b) if not, the reasons for delay; and (c) the total expenditure being incurred on the construction of underpasses at these two railway crossings and the time by which the said underpasses are likely to be completed? ANSWER MINISTER OF RAILWAYS, INFORMATION & BROADCASTING AND ELECTRONICS & INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (SHRI ASHWINI VAISHNAW) (a) to (c) : The works of construction of Road Under Bridge (RUB) in lieu of Level Crossing (LC) No. 15C (Palam Railway Crossing) at Km. 18.02 on Delhi - Rewari section have been sanctioned at a cost of ₹ 20.48 crore.
