The CSR projects are typically implemented within a timeframe of up to three financial years, excluding the year of commencement, adhering to Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013. The Ministry stated that no CSR projects are pending for over four years in Odisha.
Furthermore, the PSUs under the Ministry have not proposed any CSR projects specifically aimed at promoting religious tourism infrastructure in Odisha.

Will the Minister of POWER
be pleased to state:
(a) the details of total number of CSR related works/projects sanctioned by
the PSUs under the Ministry during the last three years in the State of Odisha,
location-wise;
(b) the time limit fixed for completion of major Corporate Social Responsibility
(CSR) projects initiated by PSUs under the Ministry in the State of Odisha;
(c) whether the Government has observed delay in execution of these projects
and if so, the corrective measures proposed for the expeditious completion of
these CSR projects in Odisha; and
(d) whether any of these PSUs has proposed any CSR project to promote
religious tourism infrastructure in Odisha and if so, the details thereof?

based on the nature of projects/activities undertaken within a defined timeframe
ranging up to three financial years excluding the year of commencement, as per
the provisions of Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules thereof.
As informed by PSUs under the Ministry, there are no CSR activities or projects
that are pending for over four years in Odisha.
(d) : PSUs under the Ministry have not proposed any CSR project to promote
religious tourism infrastructure in Odisha.
