SHRI DEVESH SHAKYA: Will the Minister of ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS सड़क परिवहन औि िाजमार् गमंत्री be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government is aware that during the construction of Bareilly to Mathura stretch of National Highway (NH)-530B, heavy dumpers are being routed through nearby rural link roads and if so, the details thereof; (b) whether the condition of roads in several villages in the districts of Kasganj and Hathras in Uttar Pradesh has severely deteriorated due to the movement of such heavy vehicles and if so, the details thereof; and (c) whether the Government has assigned the responsibility and ensure repairing/reconstruction of these damaged rural roads at the earliest and if so, the details thereof?
