Will the Minister of Finance be pleased to state:
(a) the total amount of debt accumulated by the State Government of Telangana;
(b) the sources from which the State Government has borrowed this debt; and
(c) whether the Government provide a detailed breakdown of the State's Debt and assets for
each Financial Year since 2014?

(a) and (b) As per the information available in Annexure to Telangana State Budget for
financial year (FY) 2025-26, total accumulated debt of the State Government of Telangana,
along with the sources from which the debt has been borrowed, is enclosed at Annexure-I.
(c) As per the information available in Telangana State Budgets and State Finance
Accounts published by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG), year wise
details of State’s debts and assets for each financial year since FY 2014-15 to FY 2023-24 is
enclosed at Annexure-II.
