SHRI DHARMENDRA YADAV: Will the Minister of HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS be pleased to state: (a) the total number of works costing more than Rupees 50 crore that have been completed through Class-I contractors and handed over by through agencies such as CPWD, NBCC, HSCC, HITES, etc. to the respective client Governments/Departments/Agencies since 2014; (b) the number of contracts where the works were not completed on time as per tender documents along with the details of cost and time overruns in such cases; (c) the number of Class-I contractors who were allowed to complete works with more than 20% delay beyond the original time-frame and the details/extent of cost escalation in such cases along with reasons for the same; and (d) the number of Class-I contractors who have been disqualified/barred from bidding on account of delay in completion of previous projects?
