(b) whether any sugar mills or textile units in Hatkanangale have earned Energy
Saving Certificates (ESCerts) and if so, the details thereof;
(c) the details of the trading platform available to sell these certificates along
with its market performance; and
(d) whether any incentives are being provided to Micro, Small and Medium
Enterprises (MSMEs) to adopt energy-efficient practices under PAT scheme and
if so, the details thereof?

(a) : Three (03) Designated Consumers (DCs) are notified from the Kolhapur
district.
(b) : There are no sugar mills or textile units in Hatkanangale notified under
PAT scheme.
(c) : Three trading platforms namely Indian Energy Exchange Ltd., Power
Exchange India Limited and Hindustan Power Exchange are available to sell
Energy Saving Certificates (ESCerts).
(d) : Under the PAT Scheme, no incentives are provided to any category of
entities including MSMEs, for adoption of energy efficient practices.
