SHRI DHAIRYASHEEL SAMBHAJIRAO MANE: Will the Minister of POWER be pleased to state: (a) the number of Designated Consumers (DCs) registered under the Perform, Achieve, Trade (PAT) scheme in Kolhapur district; (b) whether any sugar mills or textile units in Hatkanangale have earned Energy Saving Certificates (ESCerts) and if so, the details thereof; (c) the details of the trading platform available to sell these certificates along with its market performance; and (d) whether any incentives are being provided to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adopt energy-efficient practices under PAT scheme and if so, the details thereof?
