Parliament Question: Details of amount spent under CSR in Maharashtra

GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS RAJYA SABHA UNSTARRED QUESTION NO. 1888 ANSWERED ON –09/03/2026 DETAILS OF AMOUNT SPENT UNDER CSR IN MAHARSHTRA 1888 SHRI CHANDRAKANT DAMODAR HANDORE: Will the Minister of PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS be pleased to state: (a) the details of the net profit earned by Public Sector Petroleum Companies under Government like Indian Oil, ONGC, BPCL, HPCL, etc., during the last five years; year-wise; PSUs-wise; (b) company-wise details of amount spent by these companies under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), along with the details of the projects and districts in the State of Maharashtra where this amount has been spent; and (c) the details of the expenditure made under CSR funds during the last five years, State-wise? CSR is a Board-driven process and the Board of the company is empowered to plan, approve, execute, and monitor the CSR activities of the company based on the recommendations of its CSR Committee.
