state:
(a) the number of Electric Vehicles (EVs) owned by the Ministry of Environment, Forest
and Climate Change;
(b) the number of EVs purchased by the Ministry since 2014, year-wise; and
(c) the number of non-EVs purchased by the Ministry since 2014, year wise?
