(a) the details of present status of land selection and acquisition for establishment of
Vikramshila Central University, proposed at Kahalgaon (Antichak/Malkapur);
(b) the total area (in acre) approved for the said University;
(c) the details of fund sanctioned and released under financial approval for the above project,
year-wise;
(d) whether the DPR and Master Plan for the Project has been prepared by the School of
Planning & Architecture (SPA), Delhi;
(e) the status of pre-feasibility report and date of laying of foundation stone for the Project;
and
(f) the proposed timeline for implementation of various aspects of the project, such as date of
completion of land acquisition, commencement of construction and beginning of classes for
first academic batch?

has been accepted by this Ministry. The land is yet to be acquired by the State Government.
The Detailed Project Report prepared by the School of Planning & Architecture has not been
