SHRI KANWAR SINGH TANWAR: Will the Minister of COMMUNICATIONS be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has assessed the need for expanding telecommunication infrastructure in Amroha district, Uttar Pradesh including installation of new towers, expansion of fiber-based connectivity and improvement of last-mile coverage, prioritizing underserved villages around Hasanpur, Dhanoura, Joya and Mandawar with the aim of strengthening digital access for students, farmers, traders and for the delivery of public services; (b) if so, the details of the infrastructure approvals, fiber expansion initiatives, village coverage plan and implementation related timeline in the said district; and (c) if not, the reasons therefor?
