Will the Minister of Women and Child Development be pleased to state:
(a) the details of financial allocations made by the Ministry towards various
programmes, projects/schemes implemented in the districts of Darjeeling and
Kalimpong, block-wise since 2019;
(b) the details of the present status of implementation of each of the said schemes in
the said districts, block-wise; and
(c) the total number of beneficiaries covered under each scheme till date, scheme-
wise and block-wise?

(a) to (c): Under the schemes of the Ministry, funds are released to the States and UTs
for implementation of the scheme and funds are not directly released to the districts. The
scheme-wise details of funds released under the schemes of the Ministry in the State of
West Bengal since 2019 are at Annexure-I.
The present status of implementation of the schemes of the Ministry in districts of
Darjeeling and Kalimpong is at Annexure-II.
The total number of beneficiaries covered under the schemes of the Ministry in districts
