Government of India Ministry of Finance Department of Expenditure Rajya Sabha Unstarred Question No 2834 To be answered on Tuesday, 17th March 2026 Phalguna 26, 1947 (Saka) Financial fraud committed by private schools of Delhi 2834: Dr. Laxmikant Bajpayee: Will the Minister of Finance be pleased to state: a) Whether Government is aware that private schools of Delhi are committing serious financial fraud by not depositing the amount of HRA in Public Fund of India or any relevant Fund, which they are deducting and not paying to its teachers on the ground that their spouses have been allotted accommodation by Central Government; b) if so, the action Government proposes to take against such private schools for recovering such amount which they are illegally keeping in their account for many years; and c) the action Government proposes to take against such private schools of Delhi for committing this financial fraud?
