SHRI M K RAGHAVAN: Will the Minister of ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS सड़क परिवहन औि िाजमार्ग मंत्री be pleased to state: (a) whether the Public Works Department of State Government of Kerala has sought permission from National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) or the Union Government for constructing a four-lane road from Malaparamba to Vellimadukunnu on National Highway (NH)-766 as a continuation of Mananchira–Malaparamba Road in Kozhikode district; and (b) if so, the details thereof and the reasons for denial of permission by the Union Government in this regard?
