(a) whether the Public Works Department of State Government of Kerala has

Union Government for constructing a four-lane road from Malaparamba to
Vellimadukunnu on National Highway (NH)-766 as a continuation of
Mananchira–Malaparamba Road in Kozhikode district; and
(b) if so, the details thereof and the reasons for denial of permission by the
Union Government in this regard?

(a) to (b) Yes Sir. The State Government of Kerala has sought permission to
construct a 4-lane road from Malaparamba to Vellimadukunnu on National
Highway-766. The technical proposal in this regard is awaited from the State
Government.
