ANSWER वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय में राज्य मंत्री (श्री णिणिन प्रसाद) THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF COMMERCE & INDUSTRY (SHRI JITIN PRASADA) (a) to (d): The PM GatiShakti National Master Plan (PMGS NMP) initiative, launched in October 2021, provides an integrated geospatial platform combining datasets from over 58 Central Ministries/Departments and all States/UTs. In line with the Budget 2025-26 announcement, PM GatiShakti Public was launched on 13 October 2025 through a query-based mechanism for sharing data analytics report with private entities on the basis of selected datasets on PM GatiShakti Public. It allows public / private sector to visualize socio- economic assets and infrastructure within a project’s catchment area, identify suitable sites based on specific criteria, know the approvals & N.O.C.s required, and plan alignments for linear projects such as roads, pipelines, etc. Its objectives are:(i) Provide open, user-friendly access to the PM GatiShakti platform for citizens, private entities, academia, researchers, etc.; (ii) Enable geo-spatial data based decision making project planning by the private sector; (iii) Foster wider use of geo-spatial data analytics in planning for infrastructure and socio-economic assets; (iv) To encourage private sector participation in infrastructure planning and investment. A Public/private person can access the PMGS platform through National Geo- spatial Data Registry (NGDR) on URL: ugi.pmgatishakti.gov.in through a self- registration process requiring two-factor authentication. Presently, the data analytics report on the portal is prepared on about 230 data layers of different Central Government Ministries/Departments. (e): For PM GatiShakti related expenditure under the “Scheme for Special Assistance to States for Capital Investment (SASCI) for 2022-23”, the Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure (DoE) under Part-II had made provision of Rs. 5000 Crore total for disbursement among all the States as long-term loans including 07 Projects of the State of Rajasthan. ********
