preparation of Awards, delay in disposal of land arbitration cases &
insufficient Police protection for possession of land, Public Resistance for
demand for additional structures and Service Road.
(ii) Delay in approval of General Arrangement Drawing (GAD) for Canal
Crossing by Irrigation Authorities of GoK .
(iii) Delay in fixation of compensation for Right of Way (ROW) affected due
to shifting of EHT Lines .
