SHRI UMMEDA RAM BENIWAL: Will the Minister of FINANCE be please to state: (a) whether any special financial incentives/tax concessions are proposed by the Government for industries to be established in Barmer district in Rajasthan particularly for the upcoming refinery and petrochemical complex; (b) if so, the details thereof; and (c) whether similar incentives are being provided to Rajasthan and other industrial hubs of the country, if so, the details thereof?
