(a) whether the Government proposes to four-lane the
approximately 130-kilometre stretch of Indore-Ahmedabad National
Highway (NH-47) from Sardarpur (district Dhar) via Tanda-Bori-
Jobat-Alirajpur to Chandpur (district Alirajpur);
(b) if so, the action taken so far by the Ministry for four-laning of
the said stretch;
(c) the details of the prepared/proposed DPR, surveys and
estimated cost in this regard;
(d) the likely timeline for project approval, land acquisition and
commencement of construction work; and
(e) whether the Government is considering the four-laning of this
route on priority basis due to its heavy traffic load, frequent road
accidents and its critical importance for the tribal region, if so, the
details thereof?
