and presently functional in the country, State-wise, especially in Andhra
Pradesh;
(b) the details regarding the total volume and value of products manufactured at
Industrial Parks in the country during the last five years, State-wise especially
in Andhra Pradesh;
(c) whether the Government has designated any industrial parks for the
production/manufacture of specific products, if so, the details thereof, State-
wise especially in Andhra Pradesh; and
(d) whether the Government has any plans on increasing the number of industrial
parks in the country, if so, the details of the potential locations being considered,
State-wise especially in Andhra Pradesh?

(a) to (d): Industries is a state subject. Government of India, through Department for
Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) and other Central
Ministries/Departments provides an enabling ecosystem for overall industrial
development in the country through appropriate policy interventions.
DPIIT has built a centralized system for capturing information regarding
industrial parks through the India Industrial Land Bank portal wherein details
are updated by concerned States at regular intervals. The state-wise and
sector-wise details of Industrial Parks is available on the portal and can be
accessed at https://indiaindustriallandbank.gov.in/exploreParkReport.
The state wise details of industrial parks across the country and sector wise
details of industrial parks in Andhra Pradesh are enclosed at Annexure-I and
Annexure-II respectively. Various ministries have reported funding
establishment of sector specific parks across the country including in Andhra
Pradesh. The list of these parks is enclosed at Annexure-III.
