GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COOPERATION RAJYA SABHA UNSTARRED QUESTION NO. 3693 ANSWERED ON 25.03.2026 Integration of ERP software with State Services 3693 # Dr. Dinesh Sharma: Will the Minister of Cooperation be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any plan to integrate the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software being developed under the PACS Computerisation Project with the services provided by various States and other portals; (b) if so, the names of States where from proposals have been received so far by Government; (c) the portals of Government with which the software is being integrated for this purpose; and (d) the details of the benefits likely to be derived from such integration? ANSWER THE MINISTER OF COOPERATION (SHRI AMIT SHAH) (a) Yes Sir, there is a provision under the Primary Agriculture Credit Societies (PACS) Computerisation Project to integrate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software with the services provided by various States and other portals. (b) The proposals have been received from the States of Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh. (c) The Ministry has initiated steps to integrate the PACS ERP system with other State platforms to streamline agricultural credit and service delivery. These are as under: - i. Andhra Pradesh – e-Governance Services, Paddy Procurement, LPG, MARKFED, IGRS Registration & Stamp Portal of GoAP, Public Distribution System (PDS), e-Crop, CCLA (Chief Commissioner of Land Administration) ii. Bihar: Aadhaar enabled Public Distribution System -AePDS, e-sahkari iii. Chhattisgarh: Ekikrit Kisan Portal, Committee Registration Module, Khadya portal, MARKFED, Bhuiyan Citizen Ui, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Departmentiv. Gujarat: Gujarat cooperative Portal, Any ROR( Any Record of Rights) Gujarat portal, v. Madhya Pradesh: mp bhulekh, Samagra Samajik Suraksha Mission, vi. Rajasthan: e-Dharti, Hosting of ERP PACS software in RSDC, SSO, ePDS, Jan Soochna Portal, RajSahakar Portal vii. Uttar Pradesh: UP Bhulekh Portal viii. Tamil Nadu: CAMS (Comprehensive Audit Management System) Alongwith the above integrations, PACS ERP system also includes integration with Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samriddhi Kendras (PMKSK), Common Service Centres (CSCs), Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Kendras (PMBJK), Kisan Rin Portal etc. (d) The details of the benefits from such integration are as under: - i. Enhanced Transparency in Operations: Ensures real-time, accurate, and traceable information flow across all connected government systems, reducing discrepancies and increasing visibility for all stakeholders. ii. Strengthened Accountability: Creates clear digital audit trails and role-based access, making responsibilities and actions easily verifiable and improving governance standards. iii. Faster Response and Service Delivery: Enables quicker decision-making and processing by automating data exchange, reducing manual intervention, and improving turnaround time for citizen and farmer services. iv. Improved Operational Efficiency: Streamlines workflows, minimizes duplication of work, reduces errors, and optimizes resource utilization, leading to smoother and more efficient operations. *****
