Will the Minister of Tribal Affairs be pleased to state:
a. whether the Government is aware that many proposed Government institutions in Scheduled districts
cannot be established due to outdated land rules, causing discrepancies in land status before and after
the settlement of land records; and
b. the steps taken/being taken by the Government to address these bottlenecks and streamline the
process for the establishment of essential institutions in these regions, particularly in Odisha?
