SIVADASAN: Will the Minister of PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS be pleased to state: (a) the total amount of subsidy provided by Government on domestic LPG during each of the last five years, year-wise; (b) the scheme-wise break-up of the subsidy provided under schemes such as Direct Benefit Transfer for LPG (DBTL) and Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY); (c) the number of beneficiaries who received LPG subsidy under each of the above schemes during each of the last five years; (d) the number of beneficiaries covered under each scheme, State/UT-wise; and (e) the amount of LPG subsidy transferred to beneficiaries under each scheme during the last five years, State/UT-wise? ANSWER THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS (SHRI SURESH GOPI) (a) to (e): Funds under DBTL and PMUY are not allocated/utilized state-wise.
