SHRI THIRU ARUN NEHRU: WILL THE MINISTER OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS BE PLEASED TO STATE: (a) the district-wise number of companies registered in Tamil Nadu so far; (b) the details of the MCA-21 portal filings pendency status and compliance rates, district-wise, particularly for MSME-dominated districts; (c) the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) cases filed, admitted and successfully resolved in Tamil Nadu, district-wise; (d) the Fast Track Special Courts operational for commercial disputes in major districts; and (e) the effectiveness of the single window clearance system through MCA integration with State investment promotion agencies? (b) The details of the MCA-21 portal filings pendency status and compliance rates, district-wise are at Annexure-II. Further, the MCA- 21 portal does not have a field which captures data of MSME dominated districts.(c) Details of district-wise data is not maintained by Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).
