Executive Summary & Key Takeaways

**Summary:** Mission Karmayogi, also known as the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB), is a Central Sector Scheme implemented by the Department of Personnel and Training. As part of the mission's implementation, the Capacity Building Commission (CBC) and the Karmayogi Bharat Special Purpose Vehicle (KBSPV) were established in 2021 and 2022, respectively.
