Will the Minister of COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्री) be pleased to
state:
(a) the growth in orders and Gross Merchandise Value on the Government e-Marketplace since 2016, including the share of services (7.94 lakh crore) and products (8.47 lakh crore) as on 30 November 2025, year-wise;
(b) the total number of active buyer organisations and profile-completed sellers currently transacting on GeM and the average time taken from order placement to payment release;
(c) the break-up of procurement across the 10,894 product and 348 service categories, identifying the top sectors by value, category-wise;
(d) the extent to which Micro and Small Enterprises, accounting for 44.8 per cent of cumulative order value, have benefited in terms of repeat orders and geographical spread; and
(e) the mechanisms in place to ensure transparency, prevent cartelisation and enable data- driven audit of procurement transactions on the platform? (b) The total number of active buyer organisations and profile completed sellers currently transacting on GeM, and the average time taken from order placement to payment release is

(c) The list of product and service categories where transactions have happened may please

(d) As on 5th March, 2026 a total of 1,96,911 number of Micro and Small Enterprises have received repeat order (more than one order) across all 28 States & 8 Union Territories of India.
(e) GeM has adequate mechanisms in place to ensure transparency, prevent cartelisation and enable data-driven audit of procurement transactions. GeM has fully online vendor registration process, online publishing from tender enquires to contracts. It provides Bid Representation and Challenge Rejection Window. The IP addresses of participating bidders are displayed to Buyer for examination of any possible collusion. GeM has also deployed advanced analytics tools to detect anomalies like order splitting, abnormal buy and potential collusion. The audit trail of all transactions is available on GeM Portal.
