SHRI SUKHJINDER SINGH RANDHAWA: Will the Minister of ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS सड़क परिवहन औि िाजमार्ग मंत्री be pleased to state: (a) whether any National Highways (NHs) project in Punjab has been abandoned, shelved or substantially delayed during the last three years that was either undertaken by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) or any other agency of the Union Government; (b) if so, the details thereof including the name/description of each such project, their original sanctioned cost and length, the agency responsible for their execution, date of commencement, present status, the stage at which work was stalled/ terminated and the reasons for abandonment or non- completion including contractual, financial, environmental or land acquisition issues; (c) whether the Government is taking any measures to revive, re-tender, re-structure or otherwise restart these stalled/abandoned projects; and (d) if so, the present status of such efforts and timelines set for the resumption and completion of the concerned works?
