SHRI G LAKSHMINARAYANA: Will the Minister of COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्री) be pleased to state: (a) the details of the products identified under the One District, One Product and Districts as Export Hubs (ODOP-DEH) initiative for Andhra Pradesh, along with the criteria used for their selection; (b) the details of the funds allocated and utilized for capacity building, infrastructure development and promotional activities under the ODOP-DEH initiative in Andhra Pradesh, district-wise; (c) whether any district from Andhra Pradesh has been selected by the Exim Bank under the GRID program in collaboration with the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT); (d) if so, the details thereof along with the proposals submitted by Andhra Pradesh districts under the GRID program; (e) the details of the proposals approved under the GRID program, along with the funds allocated, released and utilized for these proposals; and (f) the details of infrastructure facilities created under the GRID program and the number of beneficiaries impacted by the program? ANSWER वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्रालय में राज्य मंत्री (श्री णिणिन प्रसाद) THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (SHRI JITIN PRASADA) (a) ODOP is an initiative by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry to promote the indigenous products of the country. Under the ODOP Initiative, 1200+ products have been identified from 773 districts 1of the country. ODOP products are identified by the respective States/Union Territories (UTs), and the finalized list is communicated to the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) by the relevant departments of the States/UTs. The details of unique products identified (district-wise) from Andhra Pradesh under the ODOP initiative as of 2nd July 2025 are mentioned in Annexure A. The Districts as Export Hubs (DEH) initiative, launched in August 2019, aims to identify, brand, and promote products and services from each district in India that possess unique economic potential. The core objective of the initiative is to boost exports by leveraging the inherent strengths and competitive advantages of each district, while also promoting decentralized and inclusive export growth. It further seeks to provide a platform for local producers, artisans, and entrepreneurs to access national and international markets through targeted support and facilitation. (c) to (f) The partnership between DGFT and EXIM Bank as part of the Grassroots Initiative and Development (GRID) programme aimed to enhance export capabilities in select districts. As part of this collaboration, and in alignment with the Districts as Export Hubs (DEH) initiative, six districts were identified with the objective of addressing and mitigating export bottlenecks.
