MEDHA VISHRAM KULKARNI: SHRI UJJWAL DEORAO NIKAM: SHRI LAHAR SINGH SIROYA: Will the Minister of HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE be pleased to state: (a) the details of the data on Ayushman Arogya Mandirs (AAMs) that have operationalized all 12 mandated Comprehensive Primary Health Care (CPHC) service packages, State/UT-wise; (b) the progression from 2022 to till date, year-wise; (c) the number of Sub-Health Centres (SHCs) and Primary Health Centres (PHCs) upgraded into AAMs including Rajasthan during the last three years; and (d) the number of SHCs and PHCs upgraded into AAMs in aspirational districts and tribal- dominated blocks during the last three years? ANSWER THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE (SHRI PRATAPRAO JADHAV) (a) to (c): As reported by States/UTs on Ayushman Arogya Mandir (AAM) portal, 1,82,944 AAMs have been operationalized across the country by strengthening Sub Health Centres (SHCs) and Primary Health Centres (PHCs), as on 31.12.2025. State/UT-wise number of AAMs operationalized across the country including Rajasthan is enclosed as Annexure. 1The cumulative no. of operationalized AAMs from 2021-2022 to 2024-2025, year-wise is as follows: Financial Year Cumulative no. of AAMs 2021-2022 117440 2022-2023 159526 2023-2024 172148 2024-2025 176887 The AAMs incrementally provide 12 package of primary health care services across urban, rural and tribal dominated, encompassing Reproductive and child care services, Communicable diseases, Non Communicable diseases (NCD), Palliative Care and elderly Care, Care for common mental disorders, neurological conditions (epilepsy, dementia) and substance use disorders management (tobacco, alcohol, drugs), Oral health, ENT care, and Basic emergency care.
