(a) the present condition of projects related to logistics, road, rail, warehousing and
multimodal connectivity in Churu Lok Sabha constituency under PM-Gati Shakti
National Master Plan;
(b) the infrastructure gaps identified in Churu Lok Sabha constituency in integrated
Master Plan (NMP Portal) prepared for these projects and the inter
departmental coordination action going on to bridge the said gaps;
(c) whether the Union Government has sanctioned or proposed any projects for
modernisation of Public Private Partnership based logistic parks, rail feeder
lines, feeder roads, grain-mandis etc. in Churu; and
(d) if so, the details thereof along with the budget time limit and implement action
progress thereof?

(a) to (d): PM GatiShakti National Master Plan (NMP) is a transformative approach
for the integrated planning of multimodal infrastructure, last mile
connectivity ensuring the seamless movement of people and goods.
Since 2022-23, 21 Railway projects (08 New lines, 01 Gauge Conversion
and 12 Doubling) of total length 1,254 Km costing ₹ 15,163 Crore have
been sanctioned falling fully/partly in Rajasthan including Churu
Parliamentary Constituency under PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan.
Following projects have been sanctioned/ commissioned to enhance rail
connectivity of Churu area in Rajasthan:

improving connectivity to Churu Lok Sabha Constituency. Out of this, 4
NH projects of 459 km length at a cost of ₹ 1,864 Crore have been
completed while 1 Road Over Bridge (ROB) work at a cost of ₹ 36 Crore
on NH-709E near Sadalpur railway station in Churu District is under
construction with physical progress of about 95%.
Moreover, 15 Warehouse Projects worth ₹ 17.56 Crore have been
sanctioned for Churu district under the Agriculture Infrastructure Fund
(AIF) Scheme of Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare.
