3143. SHRI BAIJAYANT PANDA:

Will the Minister of TRIBAL AFFAIRS be pleased to state:

(a) whether the Government has sanctioned any new projects under the Pradhan Mantri Janjati Adivasi Nyaya Maha Abhiyan (PM-JANMAN) for Odisha or is planning to do so and if so, the details thereof; and

(b) the details of budgetary allocations and actual expenditure made for the welfare of Odisha’s PVTG communities under this scheme during the last three years, year- wise? ANSWER MINISTER OF STATE FOR TRIBAL AFFAIRS (SHRI DURGADAS UIKEY)

(a) & (b) The objectives of PM JANMAN are being met through 11 interventions and implemented by 9-line Ministries. The details of projects /interventions sanctioned under the abhiyan in the State of Odisha are at Annexure I.
