(b) if so, the details and the updated status thereof particularly related to Bhagalpur
district of Bihar; and
(c) the details of the funds allocated by the Government to Bihar along with the funds

(a) to (c) Under the District Mineral Foundation (DMF), various developmental works
have been undertaken in mining-affected areas across various States including Bihar.
In Bihar, DMFs have been established in all 38 districts, and a total of ₹204.89 crore
has been collected under the DMFs across the State. As per the information received
from the State Government of Bihar, the details of fund collection, allocation, spent
and works carried out under DMFs in Bihar, including Bhagalpur district is given at
Annexure-I.
