‘Projects Approved under SWAMIH Fund 1.0’
2748: Shri B K Parthasarathi:
Will the Minister of FINANCE be pleased to state:
(a) the number of projects approved under Special Window for Affordable and Mid-Income
Housing (SWAMIH) 1.0, State-wise;
(b) the physical and financial progress of these projects, year-wise;
(c) whether SWAMIH 2.0 has been launched by the Government; and
(d) if so, the details of the number of proposals received and sanctioned under the said fund
in the country, State-wise and district-wise for the State of Andhra Pradesh?

(a) As on 31st January 2026, Special Window for Affordable and Mid-Income Housing (SWAMIH)
1.0 has approved 148 projects across India. State-wise details are as given below:
