ANSWER THE MINISTER OFSTATE IN THE MINISTRYOFHEALTH AND FAMILYWELFARE (SHRIPRATAPRAO JADHAV) (a) to (d): Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission (PM-ABHIM) is a Centrally Sponsored Scheme (CSS) with select Central Sector Components (CSC), having a totaloutlayof ₹64,180 Crores for the period2021-22 to2025-26. Administrative approvals have been accorded to the State of Uttar Pradesh for five years(i.e.FY2021-22 to2025-26) for anamountof Rs. 5249.99 Cr.for following measures:  Support provided for construction/strengthening of 1,670 building-less SHC-AAMs and 674 Urban –AAM in Uttar Pradesh has significantly improved the access of quality primary healthcare inrural and urban areas, especially in underserved areas. This has enabled timely delivery of essential services and reduction of out-of- pocket expenditure. Strengthening block-level primary and secondary healthcare services through the establishment of 75 Integrated Public Health Laboratories (IPHLs) and 515 Block Public Health Units (BPHUs) has led to a significant increase in diagnostic testing and enhanced disease surveillance capabilities for better monitoring of disease pattern.  The establishment of 74CriticalCare Blocks(CCBs) hasaugmentedthe capacityof public healthfacilitiestoprovide timely andspecializedcriticalcare services during the pandemics.
