**Summary:**
As of March 31, 2025, the Special Window for Affordable and Mid-Income Housing (SWAMIH) Investment Fund I has approved and funded 127 projects across India, with a total committed sanction of Rs. 12,842.4 Crore and disbursements of Rs. 8,557.3 Crore. 103 of these projects are completed, encompassing 52,467 delivered housing units which have either received Occupation certificate or have applied for an Occupation Certificate.
Andhra Pradesh has one completed project in Vizag consisting of 376 housing units. This project received a committed sanction of Rs. 44.7 Crore, with Rs. 35 Crore disbursed. Another project in Amaravati, with the potential to deliver 594 housing units across six towers, has a committed sanction of Rs. 182 Crore, with Rs. 111.1 Crore disbursed as of March 31, 2025.

SWAMIH Fund 2.0 has not yet been launched, therefore no proposals have been received from the State Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Will the Minister of FINANCE be pleased to state:
(a) the number of housing projects approved and completed under the Special
Window for Affordable and Mid-Income Housing (SWAMIH) Fund 1.0, State-wise;
(b) the total investment made and number of housing units delivered under the
Fund so far;
(c) the details of the project approved under SWAMIH Fund 1.0 in Andhra
Pradesh, including its location, total estimated cost, stage-wise fund release, and
current physical and financial progress;
(d) the expected timeline for completion of the projects and delivery of housing
units in Andhra Pradesh; and
(e) the number of proposals received from State Government of Andhra Pradesh
under SWAMIH Fund 2.0 and the status thereof?

(a)&(b) As on 31 March 2025, Special Window for Affordable and Mid-Income
Housing (SWAMIH) Investment Fund I has approved and funded 127 projects. These
projects have received funding from the Fund with total committed sanction of
Rs.12,842.4 Crore of which, the Fund has made total disbursements of Rs. 8,557.3
Crore. Out of these projects, the Fund has completed 52,467 housing units, which
have either received Occupation certificate or have applied for an Occupation
Certificate, in 103 projects. The State-wise break up of these 103 projects are as

(c)&(d) The two projects funded in Andhra Pradesh are located in Vizag and
Amaravati. Their status is as follow: -
(i) The project in Vizag, with 376 units, has received funding from SWAMIH
Investment Fund I with total committed sanction of Rs. 44.7 Crore, of which the Fund
has disbursed Rs. 35 Crore as on March 31, 2025. This project has been
successfully completed with delivery of 376 housing units.
(ii) The project in Amaravati has received funding from SWAMIH Investment Fund
I with total committed sanction of Rs. 182 Crore, of which, the Fund has disbursed
Rs. 111.1 Crore as on March 31, 2025. This project has six towers with potential to
deliver 594 housing units.
(e) Does not arise, as SWAMIH Fund 2 has not been launched.
