Will the Minister of CIVIL AVIATION be pleased to state:-
(a) whether the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) has submitted its report about AI 171 Dreamliner crash on June 12, 2025; and
(b) if so, the findings thereof and the reaction of the Government thereto? ANSWER Minister of State in the Ministry of CIVIL AVIATION (Shri Murlidhar Mohol)
(a) & (b): The Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) has published the preliminary report on the accident on 12.07.2025 and the same is available on their website www.aaib.gov.in. The report contains factual information based on the evidence available at that point of time. The investigation is under progress. All probable causes leading to accident are being investigated. The final investigation report will be published after completion of the investigation.
