be pleased to state:

(a) the details of road, bridge and other connectivity projects sanctioned by the Government in Mathurapur Lok Sabha Constituency during the last five years, indicating the project-wise estimated cost, executing agency and present status thereof;

(b) the details of funds sanctioned, released and utilized for such projects during the said period;

(c) whether the Government has identified any pending or delayed road infrastructure projects in the said constituency affecting connectivity particularly in the coastal and Sundarbans region and if so, the reasons therefor and the corrective measures taken thereon;

and

(d) whether the Government proposes to sanction additional road and bridge projects to improve all-weather connectivity and support socio-economic development in Mathurapur Lok Sabha Constituency and if so, the details and timeline thereof? (a) to (c) Project-wise details of road, bridge and other connectivity projects on National Highway sanctioned by the the Government through the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and passingthrough the Mathurapur Lok Sabha Constituency during the last five years, indicating the sanctioned cost, executing agency, present status and expenditure incurred are annexed.

(d) The Government through Ministry of Road Transport and Highways is primarily responsible for development and maintenance of National Highways (NHs).
