SHRI DEEPENDER SINGH HOODA: Will the Minister of COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY be pleased to state: वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्री (a) whether the Government is aware of the poor infrastructure in Rohtak’s Industrial Development Colony (IDC) on Hisar Road, including broken roads, non-functional streetlights, contaminated water supply, sewer overflows and frequent power cuts; (b) the details of funds allocated and spent through central schemes, on maintenance and development of basic amenities in IDC Rohtak during the last five years, year-wise; (c) whether any assessment has been made by the Government regarding production losses and inconvenience to industries due to this neglect and if so, the details thereof, and if not, the reasons therefor; and (d) the steps being taken by the Government along with a time-bound roadmap to ensure adequate roads, water, sewerage, lighting, and power supply in IDC Rohtak? ANSWER वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय में राज्य मंत्री (श्री णिणिन प्रसाद) THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF COMMERCE & INDUSTRY (SHRI JITIN PRASADA) (a): The area of IDC was transferred to HSIIDC (Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation) from DIC in the year 2012. The up- gradation /repair of infrastructure in the area of IDC is being carried out on regular basis as per the requirements of industrialists. (b): The details of funds spent on maintenance and development of basic amenities in IDC Rohtak during the last five years is given as below: Financial Year Fund spent under maintenance/development head (Rs.
