(a) the details of various schemes including Scheduled Caste Sub-Plan (SCSP) presently being
implemented with assistance of the Union Govemment for social development and
empowennent of Scheduled Castes (SCs) in the country, StateAJT-wise, particularly in the
Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli;
(b) the details of the funds disbursed and utilised for the said purpose during the last five years,
StateAJT-wise;
(c) whether the Government has carried out any assessment of the impact of these schemes on
socio-economic conditions of SCs; and
(d) if so, the details thereol StateAJT-wise, particularly in the UT of Dadra and Nagar Haveli?

(a) to (d): There are 229 schemes (in 2025-25) across 38 MinistrieslDepartments including
Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (243 schemes in 2024-25 across 39
Ministries/Departrnents); under which allocation of funds are made for the social development
and empowerment of Scheduled Castes (SCs) across India including the Union Territory of
Dadra and Nagar Haveli. These allocations are made as per the Development Action Plan for
Scheduled Caste (DAPSCy Scheduled Caste Sub-Plan (SCSP) guidelines 2017 of the NITI
Aayog. The StateAJT wise details of the funds utilised for these schemes during the last five
years are at Annexure-I. These scheme guidelines have provisions for the regular
assessment/evaluation by a third party and such evaluation reports are compulsorily required for
further continuation of the scheme.?
